I am a non-binary practitioner with more than 3 years of experience working in a therapeutic field both in private practice and as part of LGBT charities. I also have experience working with the voluntary sector supporting LGBTIQ+ refugees. I have a background in arts and creative thinking and use these skills in my theory and practice of psychotherapy and counselling. I work with individuals, couples and relationships.

The therapy I offer is Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy with a Relational angle. I work with individuals and relationships/couples. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, experience of bulling, shame, anger. We can also work together with your gender, erotic and sexual identities, class, ethnicity and cross-cultural identities. You and I work with what you feel is necessary and important to address and recognise in yourself. My role is to support you in your personal journey forward and into the past.
