I am a non-binary practitioner with 4 years of experience working in a therapeutic field both in private practice and as part of LGBT charities. I also have experience working with the voluntary sector supporting LGBTIQ+ refugees. At the moment I support and work with people with the experience of homelessness and substance misuse. I have a background in arts and creative thinking and use these skills in my theory and practice of psychotherapy and counselling. I work with individuals, couples and relationships.

I am a Clinical Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist on a final year of training (5th year), working toward my MSc in (Relational)Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy. I am a UKCP registered Trainee Therapist and Metanoia registered advanced student.

Experience and approach:

The therapy I offer is Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy with a Relational angle. I work with individuals and relationships/couples. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, experience of bulling, shame, anger, substance misuse. We can also work together with your gender, erotic and sexual identities, opening up your relationhip; class, ethnicity and cross-cultural identities i.e. un-/conscious power dynamics in the relationship. You and I will work with what you feel is necessary and important to address and recognise in yourself. My role is to support you in your personal journey forward and into the past.
