I’m passionate about healthy relating, connection, pleasure, intimacy, and healthy sexual expression. Sexuality is how we come into the world, and it connects us with the source of life.

Intimacy is how we communicate, and communication is fundamental to being healthy, both as individuals and as a community. I believe both these things are an essential part of a fulfilling life.

Yet, for many gay men (or men who are attracted to other men), the relationship with both these crucial life elements has become disconnected, missing, or even damaged.

How I make a difference in the world

My desire is to make a positive difference in the world by working with intimacy and sexual expression to help (re)connect people to themselves, and to others.

The male body and erotic experience – in all its diversity – are particularly close to my heart. My own journey with both has illuminated the spectrum of what is possible when who we are is not about labels. Boxes are for packing things away, not living in!

Certified Wheel Of Consent® Facilitator and Professional Teaching Faculty for the School Of Consent offering workshops to the general public as well as training for professionals. My work with the School Of Consent also includes sitting on the management team of the organisation alongside its co-founders Betty Martin and Robyn Dalzen.

With a decade of experience in the field of somatic sex education I bring my learning, experience, skills, heart, and body in service to support you to find and express the innate pleasure in your own body. My practical, hands-on coaching helps you learn new approaches for navigating connection, pleasure, and relating - from your relationship with your own body, to your relationships with others.

I work with you collaboratively, using 4 touch dynamics and 3 types of touch, combining years of training with intuitive sensitivity to create spaces with safety built in.

I believe your body actually already has all the knowledge it needs - I simply help you to access it.
