About the Therapist
My own experience of identity and belonging informs how I understand the pressures that can arise when parts of who we are feel difficult to express or reconcile. I aim to offer a thoughtful, grounded therapeutic relationship where you can speak openly and be taken seriously, without judgement or assumption.

My core training is integrative, drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic thinking. In practice, this means we explore both present concerns and how earlier experiences may continue to shape current patterns. I have worked with a national bereavement service, within an LGBT+ charity, and in community practice. I am a registered member of the BACP and engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
