Who I Work With

You have felt pushed out of family, social groups, or society, and struggle to speak your truth with confidence.

You feel enraged or flattened by how your reality or truth seems so threatening to those you love. (You may oscillate between these.)

You struggle to release the self-blame that you've internalised from others after years of trying to make things better for them.

I support people in cultivating the self-trust and self-compassion needed to take new — and often braver — steps.
We work gently with the fears that arise when speaking your truth.
I help people to accept the parts of themselves that have been cast off.
Together, we practice witnessing your own suffering with tenderness.

I'm also committed to ongoing self-reflection about how my social locations, such as race, class, and gender, amongst many others, may interact with yours. A conversation about how power and privilege manifest in our relationship and how this affects you is always open.
