About the Therapist
As a Counsellor/Psychotherapist I currently find myself adopting the Psychodynamic and Systemic Modalities more and more, whilst remaining cognisant of the advantages that my broad and practical knowledge of the therapeutic process can be in offering support, rehabilitation and guidance to those clients who have experienced trauma, health issues or hard ship.
Psycho Sexual Therapy (PST), adds another dimension to my clinical practice. PST, whereby I gained a Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) perspective.
