You will see me online on a weekly basis and I will listen to you and what you bring with you, and help you to reflect upon your issues, thoughts and feelings as you seek to find your own way to deal with your problems and make your own meaning of them in relation to your life. I aim to try to understand your feelings, and what it is like being you – being heard in a safe space where you can say what you are thinking and feeling has a very powerful effect on working with problems.

Experience and approach:

I follow a pluralistic model including features of psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT therapies. I work on a pro-bono basis with the Accept Association, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community in Romania. Previous roles include a research fellowship for KCA UK and assistant editor of the European Journal of Counselling Psychology.
