I have a Bsc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI) (Staffordshire University).
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I work holistically, and integrative many therapeutic methods such as mindfulness, sound, art, music and traditional talking therapy. I have worked with a wide range of clients with a vast range of experiences such as gender identity, sexuality, childhood sexual abuse, dissociation, isolation, grief, illness and more. I also work in a neurodiverse aware and educated way, as an autistic and ADHD person myself.
