I have a Bsc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI) (Staffordshire University).I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)I have additional training in working with young people from The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.I have additional training in trauma, Chronic illness, body psychotherapy and energy psychotherapy.

I work holistically, and integrative many therapeutic methods such as mindfulness, sound, art, music and traditional talking therapy. I have worked with a wide range of clients with a vast range of experiences such as gender identity, sexuality, childhood sexual abuse, dissociation, isolation, grief, illness and more. I also work in a neurodiverse aware and educated way, as an autistic and ADHD person myself.
