I'm a humanistic, integrative counsellor and Psychotherapist. Whilst the core model I trained in was person centred therapy, which forms the basis of my approach, I am integrative in philosophy and practice. I utilise a variety of techniques and therapy models which help me tailor counselling to each individual I work with. This might include elements of transactional analysis, cognitive behavioural therapy, existential counselling and relational psychotherapy. The way I work is guided and led by the client themselves, their wishes, issues and learning style.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore and share your difficulties. I will listen and we can work together to help you find a way through! I work in an integrative way and tailor my approach, focusing on you as an individual, as everyone who comes to therapy is unique.
My goal is to support you to make sense of your experience and have ways to move forward with your life in a way that is authentic for you.

Our first session will be an assessment which allows me to get some information from you, better understand your reasons for coming to therapy, and if I'm the right therapist for you. It will be the first time we meet face to face and gives you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me and if you want to work together.
Therapy Session - £50 Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes and these are usually offered weekly. Everyone comes to therapy for different reasons so there is no set number of sessions. I offer short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs.
