About the Therapist
Being unique, the work we do together will be unique.Brian Thorne, a person-centred therapist, said:“I have discovered since that love devoid of understanding, although it can bring comfort and solace, can never heal.“
My offering is unconditional love and acceptance, combined with understanding, to help bring inner peace, plus any change you may be seeking. The overall aim is for you to have no need for a therapist or counsellor. As Brian Thorne also wrote:
“If therapy has been successful, clients will also have learned how to
be their own therapist.“
My aim is to help you in your journey to discover your potential. I am not here to tell you what to do; that is advice and any change would likely be short-lived. Through self-discovery, a power within can be found which may surprise you and those around you.
“It is as though he listenedand such listening as his enfolds us in silencein which at last we begin to hearwhat we are meant to be.” Lao-Tse

As a Gender, Sexuality, Sex and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) Therapist, based in Bracknell, serving the Berkshire area, my aim is to help you explore all aspects of your gender, sexuality, sex desires and relationships. I work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) people. Being genderqueer myself, I offer full acceptance of who you are. I am happy and comfortable to work with and support you whatever your gender, sexuality, sex and relationships may be. Whatever you bring we will be able to explore together, leading to greater self-acceptance, plus greater personal peace. No issue is considered more important than another. Every area you bring is of unique importance. Coupled with the above I also work with those who have experienced or are experiencing religious trauma. In particular queer religious trauma, where the trauma has come from being within faith communities.
