I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for the exploration of personal and relational challenges. Through individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy I help people to understand and navigate the necessary changes for issue resolution and growth in their lives.

I work with couples and individuals. I specialise in working with neurodiversity (ASD/ADHD), anxiety, attachment concerns, individual trauma, relational trauma, sexual issues, in particular compulsive sexual behaviours, and intimacy challenges. I support those navigating pregnancy, the post natal period and work with anxiety, loss and bereavement.
