I am a fully qualified and registered member of the BACP and work in accordance with their ethical framework. My background and experience is working within social care and homeless sectors, more recently with neurodiverse children and young people who are experiencing mental health crisis. I have developed and provided training to local authority social care teams on working in an LGBTQ+ inclusive way, as well as training programmes on working with a trauma informed approach with families of children with late diagnosed Autism/ADHD.

My approach is person centred, encompassing many modalities, with a core training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am an inclusive and considerate practitioner who strives to work in a relational and gender affirming way.
I am currently offering online therapy sessions via Zoom. My fees for this are currently £55 per 50 minute session,however I am open to discussing fees should this be a barrier to accessing therapy.
I can work with individuals from 18 years old on a short, medium or long-term basis.
I hold a current enhanced DBS and adhere to and work within the BACP ethical framework.
