I offer a safe space with ten years experience working with clients dealing with bereavement and loss, individually and in groups. I am creative and work eclectically tailoring my service to your individual needs and style of experiencing the world, utilising polvyagal and attachment theories to increase understanding. I set up my private practice in 2016 working with clients dealing with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, identity, relationship and addiction etc. Working with your present experience I will accompany you to discover what supports may be required for you to achieve more of your potential and choice to enable growth and meaning.
