Group therapy offers a valuable interpersonal experience for many people. For those feeling isolated and in need of a sense of community with a focus on open-hearted sharing with other LGBTQIA people. For those who want to talk about the specifics of their queer relationships, gender identity, poly dynamics or unconventional sex lives. These are groups that offer support and encouragement where anything can be discussed and all diverse identities are welcomed.
