I’m a BACP Accredited Counsellor, Addiction Professionals Accredited Addictions Counsellor, and Pink Therapy Accredited Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversities Therapist. I hold a Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy, and as someone with ADHD myself, I understand first-hand what it’s like to navigate a world that isn’t always designed for us.

Experience and approach:

I work in a relational and trauma-informed way—meaning we’ll focus on building a safe, respectful connection and move at your speed. I am trained in EMDR Phase 1, 2 & 3 and Brainspotting Phases 1 & 2 and Internal Family Systems level 1 which can be powerful tools for processing difficult life experiences in a safe and contained way.

I offer a calm, practical space to explore identity, relationships, and life challenges. I work with people who are navigating gender identity and have extensive experience supporting gay and bisexual men.I also work with trauma, historical sexual abuse, neurodivergence, family estrangement, anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, addictions, chronic pain and disability.

I supervise counsellors working in private practise as well as volunteers and groups.

I work from an Integrative and trauma informed perspective and use creative supervision techniques.
