About the Therapist
I am a fully accredited BACP counsellor and senior psychotherapist having completed a UKCP course in advanced psychotherapy which is also part of a PhD programme at CCPE.
I am also an individual and group supervisor having qualified at the Institute of Group Psychoanalysis (IGA).
I have worked as a clinical lead and held management roles for various charities including MIND.
Before training as a counsellor, I spent over ten years working in marketing and business development for various large FMCG and professional services organisations.
At present I work as as a lecturer teaching integrative counselling and psychotherapy.

I am an BACP accredited counsellor.
As a supervisor, I hold a BACP/UKCP qualification with the Institute of Group Psychoanalysis.

I work with people on a wide array of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, family building, identify formation, grief, and loss.
I have delivered LGBT workshops to organisations such as MIND and I am a clinical supervisor to LGBT therapists.
I have worked with clients who identify as bisexual, non-binary, trans and have worked with couples who are in open or poly relationships.
