About the Therapist
I have particular expertise in working with neurodivergent clients and neurodiverse relationships, and I offer an affirming, non-pathologising space for those who are diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring neurodivergence. I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients who don’t identify as neurodivergent but are seeking deeper connection, clarity, or change.
As a neurodivergent lesbian and a parent to neurodivergent children, I bring lived experience alongside professional training. I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment that is affirming and supportive of your identity and experiences.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally aware, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming.
With couples, I support you to understand unhelpful dynamics, improve communication, and rebuild emotional safety and closeness. With individuals, I work with issues such as relationships, identity, self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, and mental wellbeing.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in lived experience as well as professional training. I aim to create a space where you can show up as your full self; respected, understood, and supported to move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Whether you're struggling with connection, communication, past trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to you. I draw on different types of therapy to suit your needs, so our work is always guided by what feels right and helpful for you. It’s your space, and we go at your pace.
