Our Shared Space
About the Therapist
I am an LGBTQIA+ and Neurodiverse affirming Therapist, who is passionate about creating a space that feels safe and inclusive for all. A space where my clients can share their innermost thoughts and feelings free of judgement, and receive validation, empathy, and unconditional positive regard - helping them consider new perspectives, and insights, develop their self-awareness, and embrace change. As a lesbian with ADHD, I am also a part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities and bring my own lived experience into my practice.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally aware and LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming. Allowing my clients and I to consider the societal scripts and narratives that have shaped their lives and continue to affect their mental well-being. As an integrative therapist, I can pull from different theories and modalities - enabling me to cultivate a therapeutic approach that suits my client’s unique needs and is fully client-led.
