About the Therapist
As a queer person and part of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I have experience working with people of different genders, relationship styles and sexualities and strive for an inclusive practice. I am trans and nonbinary affirmative, anti-fascist, anti-racist and feminist. I work towards an anti-oppressive practice and educate myself around intersectionality.
I am currently working in person and online and I also have limited space for outside sessions in Brighton and Hove. I offer one to one confidential therapy sessions that last fifty minutes. Currently I work with adults who are 18 and over. This can be for a fixed period, decided by you, or we can work together indefinitely and end when the time feels right. Sessions generally happen at the same time and place each week. I practice in Brighton and Hove, England, UK and online.

You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm or feel stuck in cyclical thinking. It could be that you feel trapped, lost, alone or directionless. Perhaps you are unable to make decisions or identify your needs. It could be that you are out of touch with your body or mind. You may feel it's time to reconnect with yourself or rewrite old stories.
We're living through a strange and uncertain time. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning to it, know that I am available to support you and that change is possible. Get in touch by email and we can begin working with where you are right now, building strategies for coping, creating change and living with more ease.
