My name is Aaron, I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, trainee Sexologist and BACP member (MBACP) based in Birmingham. I help you through sexual and relational difficulties. My approach is trauma-informed, sex and kink positive, and I see therapy as a collaborative experience through which we have a safe space to process our worlds and rediscover our strengths. My heritage is mixed Caribbean, which has given me an appreciation for both the challenges and the beauty of culture. Without judgement, I am here to walk with you and support you as you find your way.

I will tailor sessions and your unique treatment plan to you. Talking is just one form of communication, sometimes more creative appointments are more suitable. I started working in 2019, and have been fully qualified for almost 5 years now. My work has largely centred around relationships as well as various challenges we can all face individually such as problematic sexual behaviour, anxiety, shame, depression and more.
