Personality Disorders & Complex Identity
About the Therapist
My work with clients who have been given a “personality disorder” label centres on compassion, clarity and the dismantling of stigma. These diagnoses can be meaningful for some and deeply invalidating for others, yet they often reflect histories of survival, adaptation and unmet relational needs.
I provide a steady, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotional landscape, reclaim their narrative and cultivate a sense of agency. My approach is collaborative and paced carefully, grounded in the belief that every person’s strengths and vulnerabilities are shaped by context, culture and lived experience. I aim to support clients in building relational safety, emotional stability and a more coherent sense of self.

My training includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Schema Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), systemic approaches, and mindfulness-based methods. This represents strategic deep learning into therapeutic models designed for personality giving me a diverse and solid foundation for working with emotional intensity, relational instability, identity difficulties as well as longstanding patterns.
I pay close attention to the therapeutic relationship as a place where new emotional experiences can be created. Through curiosity, careful reflection and consistent support, clients can develop new ways of understanding themselves and navigating relationships. I also integrate coaching-based approaches when clients wish to work on life direction, executive functioning or long-term identity development.
