Hi there, I'm Peter. Thanks a lot for taking a look at my profile. Professional Training Certificate from NCIP, COSRT and NCPS:
London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy / 2023
I am a compassionate and experienced specialist practitioner, and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, Health and Care Professions Council, and College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists. I have diverse experience of working in NHS, educational and charity sector clinical services, and particular expertise in working with Mental Health, Sex and Relationships, Substance Use, LGBTQI+ issues, and their intersections.
I utilise a combination of therapeutic theories and clinical approaches to best suit the needs and preferences of the client. I believe this tailoring is most effective in establishing trust and therapeutic rapport between the client and I, providing a 'toolkit' for treatment that is efficient and of value to the client.
I am the author of two books on queer identity and mental health: Limbic (Cipher Press, 2022) and Mirrorstage (Cipher Press, 2026).
