About the Therapist
I mostly provide one to one therapy, couples therapy and supervision sessions but I also have experience in setting up, leading and facilitating group work. I work with adults, children and families. I am a practicing artist and am trained in Art Psychotherapy but much of my work now is talking therapy. I work both online (via Zoom) over the phone and face to face. All of these sessions take place in my therapy space in Tottenham, London.

MASTERS DEGREE - ART PSYCHOTHERAPY | GOLDMSITHS UNIVERSITY | 2013 |
I have over ten years of experience working with adults, children, couples and groups.
I work both short and long term, providing a safe space to learn, develop and heal. My areas of speciality include personal growth and transformation, LGBTQ+ issues, help with anxiety, stress and trauma. I am available for daytime and evening sessions throughout the week.
I offer an initial session at a reduced rate and at this stage you can decide if you would like the work to continue. Together we will decide how many sessions you might like and how often (weekly, monthly etc); if you would prefer to work in person, on the phone or via video. Some people choose to use Art as a way to help express themselves. The non-verbal communication and visual processes within Art Therapy can be very helpful, especially when exploring more complex feelings, but it is not something you have to use.
