I work from an affirmative person-centred approach, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life but may need the right support to feel empowered enough to resolve internal conflicts that cause you difficulty, depression and/or anxiety. Together we shall build a safe therapeutic space where your feelings and identity are validated.

I can offer face to face appointments or online and telephone sessions, to fit your requirements.

I have experience working with neurodivergent clients and clients looking to resolve alcohol and substance dependency. I also have experience working with those with long term medical conditions, terminal illness, pre-bereavement and grief.

When it comes to working with anyone I offer an affirmative and empathic approach, creating a space free of judgement for you to explore your true self.
