About the Therapist
I bring something deeply personal to my work. I’ve experienced therapy myself. I know what it’s like to sit in the client’s chair—to feel vulnerable, uncertain, anxious and hopeful all at once. That experience has shaped my practice with empathy, authenticity, being non-judgmental and a genuine respect for each person’s journey. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with experience supporting clients from GSRD communities. I also support individuals from marginalised communities, including refugees, ethnic minorities, and those with disabilities, using a culturally informed approach to help clients feel seen and understood.
