I am guessing you want something to change? Something doesn't feel right. Perhaps you feel lost or maybe you have never really found yourself? Maybe you are tired of carrying around issues from your past, or simply need a space to be heard. Whether you want to bring "little stuff" or "big stuff" to counselling, it is valid because it is your stuff and it is unique to you. My Approach As an BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor, with Person Centred Theory at the core of my work my practice is always client led. This means I believe you have the ability to create change and find the answers relating to your own life. I will work alongside you to support you in exploring and making sense of whatever issues, challenges or difficult feelings you are experiencing in a confidential, safe and non judgmental space. My pronouns are she/her, whether your pronouns are he/him/she/her/they or them the important thing is that we place YOU at the centre of the work we would do together. I welcome Neuro-diverse clients.

Prior to booking a counselling session let's see if I am the right therapist for you, to help you decide this, I offer a free 15-20 minute initial conversation call for all new clients. Things we might discuss on this can might be what brings you to therapy? Perhaps what you would like to gain from therapy? What is happening for you at them moment? It's ok if you don't have the answers. This call also gives you the opportunity to find out how I work. It gives you time to ask any questions you might have. Remember there is no such thing as a silly question. Please get in touch to book your initial conversation call. Counselling costs: 1 hour = £55 90 minutes = £80 *Concessions available for students & OAP's
