About the Therapist
Are you struggling with a specific issue in your life or maybe you just feel that something isn't quite right? Sometimes, taking the time and space to explore our thoughts, feelings, and problems is exactly what we need. Based in the South Birmingham area and available online, I offer a safe, supportive environment where you can reflect on your challenges and experiences and understand their impact on your life. Together, we will work towards a deeper understanding of yourself and support your personal growth.
I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings can be freely shared. As a late-diagnosed Autistic and Dyslexic person, I understand the importance of finding a space to be heard and validated. I regularly work with Autistic, ADHD and otherwise Neurodivergent people in an affirming way. I am GSRD (Gender Sex and Relational Diversity) trained and affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities.
