About the Therapist
Feeling comfortable with your therapist is key. I aim to create a non-judgmental, safe space where you feel heard and supported. I work with respect, curiosity, and humour.
I have a background in photojournalism, TV production, and marketing, so understand the importance of empowering people to find and use their voice.
I worked as journalist and photographer for THT (Terrence Higgins Trust) and Stonewall, and was a trustee for London Friend.
I am also neurodivergent (dyslexic, dyscalculic), so often work with people to explore their unique journey around neurodiversity.

I’m fortunate to work with a wide range of people, but recognise the difficulties men can feel around intimacy and vulnerability. I regularly work with shame, internalised homophobia, and societal prejudice, and how they impact us.
Maybe your personal or business relationships aren’t how you want them to be. Maybe you want to better understand why you behave in certain ways. Maybe you feel stuck. I can help you challenge unhelpful self-beliefs and develop effective coping mechanisms and resilience, enabling you to reduce stress and find clear strategies for lasting change.
Being an 'integrative' therapist means I draw from a toolkit of different approaches (like psychodynamic, CBT, and relational therapy) which enables me to provide a service that best fits you.
I work with many issues, including but not limited to:
Anxiety
Boarding school trauma
Burn out
Depression
Intimacy
Loss
Relationship issues
Self-esteem
Shame
Sexuality
