Hi, I’m Richard! Welcome to my practice! I’m a Board-Certfied Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, and I’m really glad you’re here.

As a gay man myself, I know how powerful it is to work with someone who truly understands what it means to live life outside the ‘norms’ - the pressures, the shame, the fear of rejection, the search for real connection, the weight of expectations, and sometimes the ways we cope when it all feels too much.

I get it! I’ve been there myself! Before becoming a therapist, I was stuck in destructive patterns of behaviour. I was 25kg heavier, battling anxiety, depression, panic attacks, substance and alcohol abuse. Hypnosis and psychotherapy transformed my life - it freed me to be fully myself. Now, I’m here to help you find that same freedom.
