About the Therapist
Life can be hard at times. You might be feeling overwhelmed. Or you might have lost your sense of connection and purpose in life. I offer a supportive relationship where you can talk through your challenges. It could be a difficult life situation, or how you feel day to day. Counselling is a space for you, and we can explore what you need together.
I’m a humanistic counsellor. My approach is collaborative. You would decide what to explore, I’d be alongside to help you make sense of your challenges. I work with openness and empathy, and hope to ease any anxieties about starting counselling.
I work with the whole person. Counselling is a chance to connect more deeply with yourself and how you're living.... to bring awareness to any blind spots that leave you feeling stuck.
I work regularly with LGBTQ+ clients and work as a counsellor at MindOut, a local LGBTQ+ charity.

If you'd like to explore working together, please do get in touch. I invite you to have an initial session. Here, we can explore what's brought you to counselling and how you would like to work. It's also a good opportunity to meet me and experience how I work, so that you can make sure I'm the right counsellor for you.
