About the Therapist
Whatever your story or background, you should feel valued, respected and heard. Therapy with me is a warm, compassionate space where you will be listened to without judgement. Together, we can explore the difficulties you’re experiencing now, the struggles you’ve faced in the past and the places in your life where you feel stuck or want to make some changes.
We’ve all taken our own paths to get where we are and have been shaped by the way we move through the world, with our own histories, bodies and combinations of cultural, ethnic, religious, gender and sexual differences. My therapy reflects that, working with and honouring all the aspects of your experience who you are as a person.
I am a queer woman and I have experience working with clients of all sexualities and from across the gender spectrum. I respect the diverse ways of expressing sexuality and being in relationships and work with people from the kink, polyamorous, non-monogamous and sex worker communities.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I use a range of modalities to build the therapy around you and what you need. I work relationally and draw on a range of therapeutic modalities such as psychodynamic, humanistic, person-centred, trauma-informed and body psychotherapy.
I trained at The Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading institutes for Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of The Relational School.
I work in private practice and have previously worked for several specialist therapy services. I have experience of long-term and short-term work, both online and in person.
