Hi, I am a Pluralistic counsellor. I also have 41 years of experience as a music teacher, helping young people to reach their goals. I can provide you with a safe and supportive environment in which you’ll be listened to and helped to frame the difficult questions.

I can help you explore your emotional landscape at a pace that is right for you, without making judgments. Many people experience emotional difficulties at some point in their lives including Depression, Anxiety, Family Issues, Relationships and Work Pressure and need to talk through issues to help find a way through. Whatever the issues you are facing, taking the first step can be the hardest.
