Sally Campbell MSc, BA (hons) Psych PG Dip.
About the Therapist
Hi I am Sally. I am a queer, cis, woman. I have a warm, gentle approach that is respectful, curious and calm. I am quietly confident in my work and will not shrink away from challenge but i will always work in a compassionate and affirming way. I am proud of the work that I do and feel that I can give something back to the world. My work helps me stay rooted, in the here and now, in order to see the trees from the wood.
I love nature, dogs and wild swimming. A huge fan of podcasts and audible books. I may recommend titles as we journey along together. You are obviously not expected to listen to them all!

I work in a trauma informed way focusing on safety as a priority. I will draw upon psychoeducation, somatic and parts theories to support understanding of how trauma may be impacting on your experience, in the here and now.
