Experience and approach:

I use integrative psychotherapy, integrating different approaches and working in a trauma informed and relational way to help you practically with what interferes with your day to day life.

I specialize in working with stress and trauma, working with autistic and neurodivergent people and with LGBTQ+ people. I also use EMDR therapy and I am a fully trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
