About the Therapist
Being an integrative therapist means I draw on a range of approaches, so our work can be shaped around what suits you best. I’m also open to adjusting how we work together over time, to ensure it continues to feel relevant and supportive for you.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low in mood, or navigating a period of change, I aim to offer a calm, grounded presence.
My way of working is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in the belief that no one-size-fits-all. I draw on a range of therapeutic models, adapting our work as we go to make sure it continues to feel meaningful, relevant, and supportive for you.

I have over six years' experience working as a therapist, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. Many of the individuals I work with identify as part of the LGBTQI+ community, which I’m also proudly part of. This shared understanding often brings a deeper sense of connection, safety, and openness to the work we do together.
Before training as a therapist, I worked on the frontline as a paramedic in central London. That experience gave me a strong grounding in staying calm under pressure, being present in moments of crisis, and listening with care, without judgement and always respecting confidentiality — all qualities that continue to shape my therapeutic approach today.
