Samantha Goldby-Pannell
About the Therapist
Hi, my name is Samantha and I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. My training brings together a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic theory, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis. I also draw on a holistic way of working, adapting therapy to meet the individual needs of each client.
I have experience working in both short-term and longer-term therapeutic settings, depending on what best supports the client’s goals and circumstances.
My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, and I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD, and anxiety. I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space that respects different ways of thinking, experiencing, and communicating.
I also have significant experience working with LGBTQ+ clients and offer Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy. This includes supporting gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, non-binary, and gender questioning individuals, as well as those exploring identity or experiencing uncertainty around gender and sexuality.
In addition, I work with clients experiencing difficulties around relationships and intimacy, including issues such as compulsive sexual behaviours and infidelity.
My approach is inclusive, respectful, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe space for exploration and personal growth.

I have extensive client hours from ELOP, an award winning LGBT mental health charity supporting LGBTQIA+ in the greater London area.
I have lived and worked overseas in USA and Australia. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, sexualities, gender identities, countries and religions.
