About the Therapist
As a therapist, I bring a grounded, authentic presence that is both compassionate and real. I don’t hide who I am — I’m a rock-music-loving, tattooed, brightly-haired, fat therapist who challenges the idea that we need to shrink ourselves to be worthy of care. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive values, with a particular focus on dismantling societal bias and creating spaces where all bodies and identities are respected. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine human connection, not a performance, and I invite clients to bring their full selves into the room, just as I do. With warmth, humour, and a deep respect for each person’s story, I support clients to explore their inner world, embrace their identity, and move toward healing and empowerment on their own terms.

I offer a sliding scale fee. Pay what you can and Pay it forward if you can.
The fee ranges between £40.00- £65.00 per session.
Counselling shouldn't be a luxury. My higher fee allows me to support more clients by making up the difference for the lower scale fee. If price ever becomes a problem, get in touch and I can see what other options we have available.
