Scott Houston
About the Therapist
Hello, I’m Scott, an experienced and compassionate therapist specialising in providing affirmative therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples.
As a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and hopes authentically.
🏳️🌈 I celebrate diversity and honouring each person’s unique story.
I believe in the human capacity to heal and grow. Even in our darkest moments, pain can serve as a powerful catalyst for transformation, turning challenges, trauma, and fear into opportunities for profound self-discovery and empowerment. Through this process, we don’t just survive—we thrive, rediscovering joy and embracing life fully once again.
Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, psychosexual issues, LGBTQIA+ matters, mental health, or life transitions, I’m here to support you on your journey toward greater self-awareness and fulfilment.

I offer individuals and couples integrative psychosexual and relationship therapy, providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment. By blending different therapeutic approaches, I tailor the process to your unique needs, helping you explore how past experiences, family, and societal influences may be impacting your current emotions and behaviours.
Our collaborative journey will place you at the centre, as we work relationally to uncover unhelpful patterns and challenge limiting perceptions. Together, we’ll gain insights and explore new ways of relating, empowering you to embrace your authentic self and find joy in living once more. Over the past 11 years, I’ve supported hundreds of clients in transforming their personal lives, fostering deeper self-awareness and healing.
