About the Therapist
I’m Sebastien (He/Him), a therapist offering trauma‑informed, integrative counselling and EMDR for adults in Bristol and online. I specialise in helping people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected — whether through anxiety, early attachment wounds, identity or relationship struggles, unresolved past trauma or relational pain. My aim is to create a warm, grounded and affirming space where you can begin to heal, reconnect with yourself, and build more clarity, calm and self‑trust.

I come to this work with a foundation in psychology (BSc Hons, University of Sussex), a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling & Psychotherapy (KRCS/NCP), and I am currently expanding my skills via EMDR training (EMDR Europe / Richman EMDR Training — expected completion 2026). My training gives me a broad, integrative grounding — combining humanistic, relational‑depth and trauma‑informed approaches to support authentic, lasting healing.
Many clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns rooted in early attachment wounds, overwhelmed by anxiety, shame or identity/relationship struggles — or navigating the complex interplay of trauma, self‑worth, identity and intimate relationships. I also support those exploring sexuality or relationship‑diversity questions, offering an inclusive, non‑judgemental space.
My approach is gentle, relational, and trauma‑informed. I draw on integrative counselling methods (humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment‑aware) — and from 2025 onward, EMDR — to help you work with deeply held experiences at a body, mind and nervous‑system level. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” but about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, feel seen and gradually build more self‑trust, clarity and calm.
I offer both in‑person sessions in Bristol and online therapy sessions — giving flexibility for remote clients across the UK. I’m fully insured with public liability & professional indemnity, and committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, ethical practice.
