About the Therapist
Through therapy, I discovered that I was hiding parts of my identity, and this took a lot of energy. To fit in and succeed, I was making compromises that negatively impacted my mental health, work and relationships. Living this way becomes exhausting and ultimately holds us back in all areas of our life.
I have experience working and teaching in different cultural contexts and have supported individuals from a range of diverse backgrounds and communities. Work Experience

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. I work using an integrative therapy approach, which considers you as an individual and your unique personal circumstances. Our sessions will help you to look at your life from a different perspective, reflect on your history, patterns and ways of coping with difficulties. I will give you feedback, make connections and observe what I experience in our interactions. My style is gentle, informal and compassionate. Our work together will be tough and uncomfortable sometimes, and that’s when breakthroughs and change happen. I offer online and in person sessions.
