Hello, I am Sophie and I look forward to welcoming you to my therapy practice. In my work as an integrative therapist, I enjoy helping people from all backgrounds and sexualities make sense of their relationships, issues arising in their day-to-day lives, and their pasts. Besides IFS (Integrative Family System), I also practice IFIO (Intimacy On The Inside Out) with couples, polyamory, and non-monogamy relationships. I will be alongside you supporting you and helping you make sense of your life. My approach is welcoming and non-judgmental.

EMDR level 3 from Richman Training which is approved by the European EMDR institute .
