About the Therapist
As a psychotherapist, I am interested in what makes life worth living. Whatever you may be struggling with, I offer a warm and non-judgemental space for us to explore what might lie beneath it, in the unconscious. My training in psychoanalysis means my approach is centred around an invitation for you to speak freely, and that I will pay careful attention such that - together - we might come to better understand things like your childhood, traumatic experiences, challenging relationship patterns and desires.Â
As a therapist, I believe that people's experiences are not only informed by personal histories, but by the world around us. The personal is political.Â
I am currently accepting new clients
I work from my consulting room in Hackney, London, as well as online. I offer a free 15-minute telephone call to prospective clients, so we can begin to explore whether working together seems like a good fit.Â

Full clinical training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis (2023 - present)
Introductory course in Philosophy and Psychotherapy, The Philadelphia Association (2019-2020)
I am a UKCP-registered psychoanalytic psychotherapist-in-training. I see psychoanalysis as a caring kind of listening and conversation that pays special attention to the unconscious realm. I am especially interested in how our early experiences and relationships impact our lives, and how our suffering and enjoyment is shaped by the society we live in.Â
I began my training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at The Philadelphia Association in London, and am now in training with The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. Psychoanalytic training typically takes around five years, and requires therapists to undergo intense therapeutic work themselves.Â
As well my one-to-one work with clients, I work in therapeutic communities supporting people who have experiences of social marginalisation and psychosis.Â
I am also a writer, and a trans and sex worker -inclusive feminist. I am the author of Radical Intimacy and write Red Flags, a psychoanalytically-informed advice column, for Novara Media.

I believe psychotherapy should be accessible. My fee is part of our conversation - if it is unaffordable for you, we can still discuss working together, depending on my availability at the time.Â
I offer reduced rates to those interested in working together twice-weekly, if doing so at my standard rate is unaffordable.Â
