About the Therapist
Having spent over a decade living in various cities in the United Kingdom, including Manchester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, I now call Montpellier home. My extensive travels and diverse living experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by expatriates and individuals navigating different cultures.
This unique perspective allows me to offer tailored support to those living in various countries with diverse cultural backgrounds. As a therapist, my commitment extends to providing an inclusive space for everyone, with a particular focus on the LGBTQI+ community. I aim to create an environment where individuals can comfortably explore themselves, navigate identity, and address challenges with sensitivity and respect for diverse experiences.
In addition to my therapeutic role, I am a trained Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga teacher. This holistic approach, informed by both personal and professional experiences, allows me to tailor support for individuals dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Fluent in both French and English, I offer support in-person in Montpellier and online.
I am also excited to welcome new supervisees, as part of my training in Supervision, and collaborate with art therapy students, fostering a space for growth and learning.

In our sessions, we'll work together to create a flexible and enjoyable space where you can express thoughts and feelings. As your therapist, I'll help you stay present and connected with your body, deepening your understanding of emotions.
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, offering both short-term and open-ended options. The use of art materials is entirely up to you, giving you control over your therapeutic experience. Your preferences dictate our focus, creating a partnership where each session adapts to your comfort level.
As an integrative psychotherapist, accredited art psychotherapist, and Yoga Alliance registered yoga educator. These approaches form a holistic framework, offering a supportive space for self-discovery, resilience building, and meaningful connections.
If you're seeking a supportive and personalized therapeutic experience, where we'll work together to create a flexible and enjoyable space for you to express thoughts and feelings, I am here.
