I am a counsellor specialising personal development, interpersonal relationships, and couple and family counselling.

Over the years, I have developed specific expertise in Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity, both as a counsellor and as a trainer in various educational settings.

My approach is systemic and relational, with a strong emphasis on a person-centred approach.

Dialogue and relationship are my most important professional tools.

My practice is inclusive and intersectional: as a queer professional, I am aware of the discrimination and privilege that characterise our society, and I am committed to ensuring that my counselling room is a place of acceptance and compassion.

Experience and approach:

The systemic approach, integrated with the person-centred approach, is a way of looking at the relationships in which we are involved: communication, emotions, feelings, conflicts and how we deal with them, and the significant events that shape our relational map.

Listening plays a central role: during the counselling process, people can learn to listen first and foremost to themselves, to their own needs and desires.

Reflecting on how we interact with others helps us become more aware of our ability to connect with others and build healthy relationships, even during difficult times.

This approach does not provide solutions or answers, but focuses on the questions that help us gain a deeper understanding of what we are experiencing. Solutions are created by people themselves, drawing on their own resources, desires and dreams, with a view to achieving genuine authenticity.
