My lived experience of being afraid to just be myself brought me here. I have now been qualified for over ten years and I have four years' experience of supervising other therapists. I'm me.
I use my knowledge of certain theories to inform my therapeutic work : our earliest experiences, how we form attachments to others, things that are in our conscious and unconscious minds , the relationship you and I will have, and how you can use that experience of being accepted for being you, as a way of moving forward to a more honest and authentic life.
