About the Therapist
I’m a professional who is approachable, caring and thoughtful.
My focus is on building a safe and supportive relationship with you, in which complete trust, openness and lack of judgment are not just expected but essential.
I believe in demystifying mental health and helping you to explore the root causes of issues which can make longer-lasting, positive change possible.

Over several years, I have reached a significant depth of training and experience and helped people with a diverse range of life situations and issues.
I practice a type of talking therapy called psychodynamic therapy.
I listen to and reflect on your thoughts, feelings and experiences and I sometimes focus on the dynamics of our relationship and your past relationships to enable us to explore patterns and potential root causes of issues.
This approach can make longer-lasting change for you possible.
As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I follow a strict code of ethics and high standard of practice.
