I'm a bisexual psychotherapist and psychologist working within diversity, in particular with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients. I'm qualified in integrative therapy, which means I can use different counselling techniques to find the most effective therapy for you.I am a former panel member of Mind Media Awards, challenging mental health stigma and promoting positive representation. I have previously volunteered in parent support with the National Autistic Society and as a trainee counsellor with MindOut. I work in person in York, online and on the phone.

Experience and approach:

I'm a trauma-informed integrative therapist and psychologist. I incorporate elements of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies and work with childhood trauma using Transactional Analysis (TA) techniques. We can explore together what types of counselling methods will help you the most, and for how long.I am currently a trainee Doctor of Counselling Psychology, specialising in research of bi+ mental health issues to improve access to therapeutic services.
