Experience and approach:

I’m a senior-accredited BACP psychotherapist, a UKCP-registered practitioner and clinical supervisor. I have worked across a range of mental health settings, including the NHS, a university and an LGBTQ+ charity. These experiences have strengthened my belief that therapy needs to meet people where they are.

Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent 20 years in the music industry as an award-winning publicist representing high-profile artists.  I know first-hand what it’s like to work in environments where competition and uncertainty are constant. I now support clients from creative and other high-pressure industries with unique challenges like unstable self-esteem, imposter syndrome, performance anxiety, sudden success and burnout.

In addition to my private practice, I head the mental health service for a major UK record label for five years, supporting musicians and industry professionals.
