Humanistic therapy is rooted in a deep respect for the individual. It holds that each person is inherently worthy, capable of growth, and the expert on their own experience. Rather than diagnosing or directing, a humanistic therapist works alongside you — curious, non-judgemental, and genuinely present.

At the heart of this approach are three main conditions: accepting you exactly as you are, striving to understand your world from the inside, and bringing honesty and authenticity to our therapeutic relationship. These are not techniques — they are the foundation of what I do.

An integrative approach means I am not limited to a single type of therapy. Instead, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches—including Gestalt, Person-Centred, Unconscious Processes, Human Development, and Relational work—and tailor them to your needs, with a rationale for how I integrate them.

This flexibility allows me to meet you where you are. Some people find it most helpful to explore their past and understand how early experiences shape the present. Others prefer to focus on the here and now — on patterns, feelings, and ways of being that are showing up in their life today. We will find the approach that feels most useful and meaningful for you.
