Tania Glyde I am a trauma-informed Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity therapist, working online only, on Zoom or by phone. Whether you are LGBTQIA+, or GSRD identified (if you are kinky, polymorous/Consensually Non-Monogamous, or if you are a sex worker or have a sex work history) I can offer you a welcoming space to talk and explore. I also work with the queer/trans experience of menopause, and I have done peer-reviewed research, writing and activism around this topic. (For clarity: menopause as a hormonal transition is not confined to middle-aged cis people.) I am also an author. I have written for the Lancet & Lancet Psychiatry.

Experience and approach:

I work in an integrative and pluralistic way. I believe that we are all made of parts, some of whom have not yet been fully heard. Some of these parts may be holding trauma. I include exploration of somatic (bodily) experience in my work - your body is an excellent conduit for hidden, or 'unspeakable' feelings and experiences. I have a strong interest in sexology, having trained in somatic sex education, and having spent a lot of time in experiential/somatic spaces. (Please note: my therapy practice is talk only.)
