About the Therapist
Therapy is a space for you to feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate the complexities of life. It can help you explore yourself, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and create change from within. As an LGBTQIA+ Indian therapist, I bring an intersectional lens to my work—we don’t exist in isolation, but at the crossroads of multiple social identities that constantly shape us. I'm deeply attuned to how identity, race, and oppression can impact queer experiences. Based on your goals/needs, we consciously co-create the therapeutic space, aiming for an open, communicative and reflective relationship.

I have been in the field of mental health for 7 years, providing group therapy and one-on-one therapy both in India and the UK. I've learned what it feels like, as a queer person of colour, to straddle two very different worlds. The queer experience is often about moving between spaces, balancing identities, and finding belonging in places that may not always feel welcoming. I bring this understanding into our work, creating a space where we can explore these complexities together.
Additionally, I have spent the last few years exploring post-colonial power systems, racial identity & trauma, belonging and cultural identity. For those that need a culturally sensitive approach, we centre your unique identity and culture, and challenge oppressive systems. Whether you’re unpacking generational expectations, exploring your identity, or struggling with feeling “in-between” cultures, this space is yours to make sense of it all.
I have experience with people from varied backgrounds, ages, countries and sexual/gender/relationship orientations. My work is collaborative, honouring your autonomy and inner wisdom. Using psychodynamic depth, person-centred warmth, and transpersonal exploration, we create space for empowerment and growth.
My own mental health journey has been isolating, exhausting and overwhelming. I know what it feels like to struggle. I’m trained and experienced in providing psychotherapy that can help change how you experience your life. You don't have to commit or know what you want. I invite you to take that first step and reach out. We can navigate the rest together.

My fees per session is £75. Fees are payable in advance of each session. You will be charged for the session in full if I receive a cancellation notice less than 72 hours prior to the appointment. I attempt to reschedule sessions for the same week should you or I need to cancel.
I offer a sliding scale for those facing financial barriers. If cost is a concern, we can discuss a rate that works for you.
I offer a complimentary 50-minute session to help you get a feel of the therapy space. Finding the right therapist is essential, and there’s no obligation to continue if you feel it’s not the right fit for you.
