My therapeutic approach predominantly draws on psychodynamic thinking which is a non-directive, open-ended approach that emphasizes early experiences and pays attention to unconscious processes. Sessions are led by you and what you bring to the space. In our work, we may explore your early relationships, trauma or difficult memories, dreams, thoughts, feelings and whatever else you would like to bring. This would be in the hope of freeing up space, enabling you to feel more in touch with yourself and how you would like to move through the world.Â
In my practice, I recognize the impacts of systemic inequality on the self and I work affirmatively with all gender identities, sexualities and relationship structures.Â

£70 per session.
Accessibility to therapy is important, I hold a limited number of reduced fee slots and have some flexibility on the fee, where available. My reduced rate slots are full currently but please get in touch if you would like to be added to my waiting list.Â
I offer consultation sessions at a reduced rate of £50/50 minute session. This gives us both a chance to meet, hear more about what you're bringing to therapy and see if it feels like the right fit. We will also agree whether to work short-term (for more focused issues) or whether open-ended, long term therapy feels more suitable.
